Production Team Member – Assembly

The production of the F22 is in full swing. This models is selling very well and Donkervoort now has a waiting list of more than a year. In order to be able to meet the increasing demand faster, we are therefore looking for enthusiastic new employees in Production – Assembly. For our growing company we are immediately looking for an energetic, motivated and organized Production Team Member – Assembly.

One of your tasks is perhaps the most beautiful part of building a car; you will turn a bare chassis into a complete car. After the chassis, coming from our own welding department, is placed in the assembly line, your work begins. You build in the heart of the car – the engine -, you mount the drive line and the suspension and install the electronics. You build the car from the very beginning to the very end. Finally, you assemble the body parts – coming from our composite department – and install the complete interior.

You will also be involved in the development of assembly techniques, product improvements and provide various pre-production and sub-assembly work.

There is no standard-day and you can also be asked to step into other projects or duties as we grow and change. What we offer is an exciting and varied job with good development perspectives in a renowned sports car manufactory. We work in a small and motivated team in which every employee counts.

• Completed automotive (engineering) vocational training.

• Relevant experience, preferably in a similar (sports car) environment is an advantage.

• Excellent command of Dutch and/or English, both written and oral, is preferred.

• Eye for detail and problem solving skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure and with a wide range of personalities.

• Ability to work independently as well as in teamwork.

• You are full of energy, can think out of the box and fit our (relatively young) team.

• In possession of driving license B.

• And of course, you have a strong affinity for and some knowledge about cars and our brand!
